LaTonda and Omar, part two

Tuesday, October 26th, 2010

LaTonda and Omar had a large wedding party, what does that mean? Lots of character and lots of love!

I just want to make a side note about this couple and their families… in their toasts/speeches to their guests both LaTonda and Omar AND their parents said thank you to their vendors (they even said my name and pointed me out). WOW! This just shows how loving and appreciative people can be. It really made my heart melt. I wish you the best in your lifelong marriage together.

LaTonda and I had a connection from the first time we met… strange to say that about a wedding coordinator and a bride (instead of a bride and groom), but it’s true! She and I quickly bonded, and it was so refreshing. It is amazing how close I get with my couples– even only knowing them for a short period of time.

LaTonda and Omar held their ceremony at the Administration Courtyard in Balboa Park, and their reception was at the La Mesa Community Center. Adorned with pale yellow and pops of pink hues… this wedding was picture perfect. Thank you to Ashlynn Marie Photography for providing amazing photos, and a great service.  It’s always a pleasure to work with you two!

Special thanks to all the vendors who made this day possible for LaTonda and Omar: Administration Courtyard, La Mesa Community Center, Ashlynn Marie Photography, Floralicious, Luke McCain Videography, Jeff Bishop Solo Guitarist, Jaramillo Catering, Eccentric International Chefs, Pacific Photobooths, Patty’s Linen Rentals, Arti Limo, and Oliver Arbuthnot

Mahalia and Channing had a beautiful wedding ceremony at Centennial Park in Coronado.  Perfect views of downtown San Diego, gorgeous weather, and an energetic wedding party.  Ashlynn Marie Photography was sweet enough to provide a few photos from the day. Aren’t the flower girls adorable?!?!? Congratulations to Mahalia and Channing (and their precious daughter/aka flower girl).
